Minimum of $182,320.00 Salary per year
Maximum of $250,690.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Contributes significantly to Infineon's MV CoolGaNTM product strategy and roadmap
- Through inputs/cooperation with customers and regional sales and marketing colleagues, brings new product ideas with a strong business impact
- With the support of the technical marketing team, helps translate customer needs into system use-cases and product technical requirements for R&D
- Develops market introduction plans of new products
- Own the pricing strategy and drive complex customer negotiations in cooperation with other Product Lines and with Sales teams
- Supports G2M activities of existing MV CoolGaNTM products by working with regional marketing and sales teams and direct customers
- Aligns with the focus of application marketing teams on product level fit at the system level
- Reports to Head of Product Marketing and Product Management
- Part of a small, agile, and dynamic team
- Global product scope
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 10 years of work experience in semiconductor product development, product marketing or application engineering related tasks with a strong emphasis on roadmap execution, winning projects and driving revenue
- 1+ years of experience w/ GaN technology and/or products is preferred
- Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel - 20%
