Job Overview:

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of regulatory data and reports. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of global regulatory requirements, data management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the organization's regulatory objectives. Depending on the candidate's qualifications, the role can be Director or Associate Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all regulatory data and reports comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for the jurisdiction that CA operates in.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on regulatory reporting.

Data Management:
Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of regulatory data.
Implement robust data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage technology and automation to streamline data operations and workflow tools.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, IT, and Business Units, to align on regulatory data requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in regulatory reporting operations, compliance, or a related field.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements and data governance.
Intellectual curiosity; willingness to read through complex regulatory documentation in an effort to expand regulatory knowledge and expertise.
Comfort with ambiguous and evolving global regulatory landscapes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to handle multiple assignments while managing to strict and competing deadlines that can be defined by regulators and/or internal stakeholders
