As a Talent Analyst you'll play a critical role in supporting this mission by managing strategic talent initiatives, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the role will also create impactful visualizations to analyze and present talent data across business units, regions, and functions, enabling informed decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Talent Center of Excellence, this position offers the opportunity to work closely with teams across Aristocrat, including People and Culture, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analysis. As a key contributor to strategic priorities, the Talent Analyst will help shape and advance talent strategies that support the organization's growth and long-term success.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with leaders to plan and execute talent initiatives, track progress and milestones, and provide updates on project activities.
  • Partner with our Corporate Affairs team to prepare clear and engaging content for internal and external communications.
  • Monitor learning program participation and outcomes, supporting the deployment of talent assessment tools such as 360 feedback and personality inventories.
  • Analyze candidate, hiring manager, and employee engagement data to deliver meaningful insights, identify trends, and support succession planning and retention strategies.
  • Master the art of storytelling with data to influence outcomes and drive strategic decisions.
  • Create impactful presentations and communications that clearly articulate ideas to stakeholders, utilizing tools like PowerPoint and Excel to develop visual representations of data and translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Build foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques while enhancing skills in Power BI and other tools.


What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, statistics, data analytics, industrial and organizational psychology or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture/Human Resources projects or other business operations serving as an analyst or in a related role supporting a global workforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, exercising sound judgment aligned with organizational standards, policies, and regulations, while leveraging exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve goals and expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting talent management and candidate market reporting and analytics - ideally using Workday, TalentNeuron, Draup or other similar tools.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint, with strong writing and communication abilities to effectively collaborate across teams and influence decision-makers.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn basic statistical analysis processes and principles.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.


Nice to Have
  • Previous experience within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) supporting Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition or Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical concepts (e.g., correlation, causation).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar platforms.

Pay Range
$90,272 - $167,649 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
