Pay Rate: $100,000-$110,000/year

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective utilization of equipment and materials
- Maximize production output while maintaining safety, quality, and costs
- Collaborate with multiple departments throughout the manufacturing process
- Drive continuous process improvement throughout the assembly process using statistical techniques and lean methodology
- Support engineering product introductions and existing production lines by providing direction on assembly techniques
- Investigate and troubleshoot assembly issues, identifying the root cause and recommending corrective actions
- Evaluate rework and reject levels
- Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment for optimal efficiency and safety
- Estimate production times, staffing, and related costs
- Develop and evaluate equipment to produce high-quality products
- Conduct production feasibility reviews
- Generate assembly instructions and tooling
- Provide technical direction
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to successfully work hands-on during the manufacturing/assembly process
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Technical knowledge of production feasibility concepts, process control, quality specifications, mechanical assembly techniques, continuous improvement methods, and more.
- Ability to support soldering and wire crimping processes as needed
- Strong understanding of statistics
- Proficient in data analysis and identifying patterns or trends
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer is required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
- Previous experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or IFS is highly desired.
