Looking for an innovative, and motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking Linux team in a hybrid cloud environment. This team creates, maintains, and troubleshoots Linux instances on multiple networks, in multiple architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Python scripting experience, Linux administration experience, knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies are a plus. Candidate must work well in a small team setting, have a desire to automate processes where possible, and a willingness to think outside the box to find solutions.

Linux Software Engineer L1 opportunity:
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP)
- TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly required
- Required skills:
- Recent, relevant, and demonstrable experience with Python.
- Ability to create Python scripts from scratch as well as modify existing scripts.
- Experience with automating repetitive tasks with Bash and Python scripts
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies
- Ability to communicate issues with team members and/or service owners
- Desired skills:
- Experience performing Linux server administration tasks including configuring, patching, monitoring, trouble shooting, etc.
- Experience with Puppet and Ansible
- Experience with AWS EC2 Auto Scaling
- Experience with aws-cli and boto3
