Purpose of Role

This Associate PLM is responsible building performance driven innovative Training apparel for the Men's and Boy's athlete. This product elevates the athlete to perform to their highest capacity in any athletic endeavor.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of seasonal strategies, working cross-functionally across Product Creation to deliver margin-rich product assortments. You will contribute to line planning, brief creation, GTM milestones, and system accuracy, while developing a deep understanding of the consumer, category, and marketplace.

You will be responsible for creating insightful and impactful product briefs, analyzing consumer and competitive trends, and supporting the creation of compelling presentations to sell in product at key milestones. You will also ensure the accuracy of sales tools and the product catalog. This role supports a Senior PLM, with opportunities to grow into category ownership over time.

Your Impact

  • Support the development and Implementation of seasonal product strategy (writing briefs, managing weekly cross functional meetings, and hitting margin targets).
  • Execute tactics to run category business and deliver seasonal assortment (data and sample management)
  • Facilitate communication of seasonal product strategy at GTM milestones
  • Analyzing the marketplace (competition, pricepoints, commercial needs) and anticipating /create future trends.
  • APLM will be responsible for quarterly market updates on competition in these spaces to present to cross functional partners.
  • Connect with athletes at all levels through focus groups, one on one interaction, and observation.
  • This APLM will own all responsibilities for the inline Boy's Performance Training assortment, and support on Men's Product.
  • They will own all responsibilities for Men's and Boy's Training product in the MFO channel.


Qualifications

  • Basic PLM POD management and understanding of product building is expected as this is above entry level, preferred experience managing full Product Lifecycle.
  • Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills. Team Player with a growth mindset and passion for building product.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive in learning and utilizing AI for productivity gains.
  • Ability and interest in learning to use AI as productivity tool.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 2-3 years in product management or related role


Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
  • Travel: 5-10% of the year

  • Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount


Base Compensation

$87,498.00 - $120,309.20 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
