Job Description
You will be a Security Representative Sr / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business. Our team is responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect sensitive information and assets.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Security Representative Sr / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security regulations and guidelines, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoDM 5205.07. You will work closely with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to provide security recommendations and solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect sensitive information and assets
Ensuring compliance with security regulations and guidelines, including NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07
Articulating and presenting security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information
Building relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
Providing strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
Maintaining an active Secret Clearance and having the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education with 5 years
of professional experience or 3 years of
professional experience with a related Masters
degree. Considered career or journey level.
Experience with JADE
Knowledge and experience implementing the
32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117,
National Industrial Security Program Operating
Manual (NISPOM)and DoDM 5205.07.
Candidate must be a self-driven and results-
oriented individual capable of effectively
working multiple tasks concurrently in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ability to articulate and present
intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security
recommendations, based on limited and or
conflicting information, is also essential, as is
the ability to thrive and build relationships both
within the corporation and externally with our
government customers and industry partners.
Strong written and verbal communications,
interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are
required.
Must have an active Secret Clearance with an
investigation within the past 5 years to be
considered.
Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret
clearance.
Desired skills
Top Secret
Experience with CV2, SIMS, DISS, CNET, CORE, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security
compliance.
Experience working U.S. Navy DoD Special Programs as a CSSO/CPSO, ACCSO/ACPSO or physical security specialist.
Ability to work independently when required
and be a team player (critical).
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge
of Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
