Roofing Service Salesperson (Base + Commission)

We are seeking a highly motivate Roofing Service Salesperson to join our team in the Denver Area. We are looking for someone to drive business and working with various stakeholders to set up long-term maintenance contracts and re-roof projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, multi-family owners, and developer
• Conduct thorough assessments of client's existing roofing systems to propose effective re-roofing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, with a focus on re-roofing and service projects.
• Experience with coatings, TPO, EPDM, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
