Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders in the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on job sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with tilt-up and commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing projects including in the Healthcare sector
• Experience working for New York State and New York City agencies (DASNY, OGS, SUCF, DDC, SCA, NYCHA, NYCHH, etc.)
• Proficiency with construction management software such as BuilderTrend.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
