The Enterprise Data & Analytics Change Management Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the success of technology initiatives by ensuring all changes are systematically managed, communicated, and aligned with business goals. This individual will serve as a key liaison between multi-functional teams - spanning software development, operations, and business stakeholders - guiding the change management lifecycle from initiation through execution. With a strong focus on minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency, the Coordinator will oversee change control processes, maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and facilitate critical forums. By using industry best practices and continuous feedback, this role will ensure that changes within the Enterprise Data & Analytics environment are strategically implemented and effectively communicated, ultimately supporting the organization's broader data-driven goals.
Location: This is a Hybrid role based out of our Headquarters location in Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Company Name Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Pay Range:
$6,805.95 - $11,921.25
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and continuously improve the end-to-end change management process for software development, implementation, and communication strategies through the utilization of feedback, captured metrics, and industry standards.
- Assess, prioritize, and authorize software changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding software changes to all relevant collaborators.
- Monitor, track, and report on the efficiency and outcomes of implemented changes.
- Analyze the impact of software changes from across the organization: identifying potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and approve software changes.
- Develop and maintain change management procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the facilitation of quarterly CMDB artifact audits.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including developers, QA, operations, and business collaborators.
- Deliver training and guidance to teams on change management best practices and tools.
- Engage in maintenance planning and coordination specific to ED&A i.e. maintenance weekends, upgrades, patching, etc.
- Support the creation and review of Disaster Recovery technical documentation for ED&A systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a computer-related or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on leadership in implementing high-impact, sophisticated IT projects.
- Solid understanding of change management processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business collaborator leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within groups, often as a facilitator/lead.
- Ability to complete work independently with deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive demeanor.
- Expert skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, Confluence, ServiceNow and Jira.
