Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking a Contract Administrator to administer subcontracts and monitor performance in support of Federal government contracts. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in subcontract administration. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Extensive knowledge of Federal government contract procurements. Experience with various types of contracts, including FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF, T&M, GSA Schedules, GWAC's and IDIQ vehicles. Knowledge of the FAR. Strong organization, written and oral communications skills. Experience with MS Office. Must be a US citizen.

Abacus Technology is seeking a Contract Administrator to administer subcontracts and monitor performance in support of Federal government contracts. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Issue and administer subcontracts including reviewing all FAR provisions, SOW and Terms and Conditions, verifying rate/cost amounts, and reviewing required vendor forms and certifications.
- Work with legal counsel and program management to negotiate subcontract agreements.
- Issue amendments to subcontracts.
- Issue task orders and their subsequent modifications.
- Coordinate subcontract funding with Program Manager and advise of any potential cost overruns.
- Ensure that subcontractor invoices comply with subcontract terms.
- Upload fully executed subcontract into Abacus SharePoint Enterprise Contract Tracker (ASPECT).
- Enter/maintain subcontract agreements in Jamis PRIME.
- Perform subcontract closeout activities.
- Maintain subcontract files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Abacus Procurement manual.
