A fast-growing business process outsourcing (BPO) firm is looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business across e-commerce, healthcare, and financial services (BFSI) sectors. This role is ideal for a strategic seller who thrives in consultative sales, understands how outsourcing drives business growth, and can close complex, high-value deals.
You'll be the front line in building partnerships with fast-growing companies in need of scalable CX, back-office, and fraud prevention support. You'll take ownership of prospecting, pipeline building, and contract negotiation - supported by a collaborative team of experts across client services and delivery.

You'll be the front line in building partnerships with fast-growing companies in need of scalable CX, back-office, and fraud prevention support. You'll take ownership of prospecting, pipeline building, and contract negotiation - supported by a collaborative team of experts across client services and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities in e-commerce, healthcare, and financial services
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each vertical, tailored to client challenges and priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle, building long-term relationships
- Pitch and present customized outsourcing solutions that align with client goals (e.g., CX, fraud prevention, back office)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales support, operations, and executive leadership to align pre-sale and post-sale
- Manage all sales activities, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Represent the company at industry events and position it as a strategic BPO partner
- Stay current on vertical-specific trends, compliance changes, and CX technology advances
- Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications:
- Experience selling BPO or managed services into e-commerce, healthcare, or BFSI verticals
- Proven success in enterprise-level consultative sales, especially with CX or digital operations offerings
- Strong understanding of operational outsourcing, digital transformation, and customer experience technologies
- History of selling into multiple regions/geographies and navigating complex buying groups
- Confidence in C-level presentations and contract negotiations
- Exceptional organization, business acumen, and follow-through under tight timelines
