Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PP QM (Production Planning Quality Management) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP PP QM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PP QM solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize production planning and quality management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP PP QM module. Design and configure SAP PP QM processes, including master data setup, inspection planning, quality notifications, quality orders, and quality certifications.
- Implementation and Customization: Lead or participate in SAP PP QM implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions. Customize and enhance SAP PP QM functionalities to meet specific business needs. Conduct system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP FI) to ensure seamless integration between modules. Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide training on SAP PP QM processes.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to SAP PP QM users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform system enhancements and optimizations. Conduct regular system monitoring and ensure data integrity within the SAP PP QM module. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PP QM configurations, processes, and user guides. Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and quality management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions using SAP PP QM functionalities. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in production planning and quality management processes.
