About the Role:The Product Experiences Program Manager will be instrumental in the development, deployment, and operational management of impactful demo and product experiences at our Burlingame, CA and London, UK Executive Briefing Centers. This Briefing Program serves as a vital touchpoint, connecting partners, prospects, and customers with our vision for the world's next computing platform. Through this role, you will play a key part in strengthening trust and confidence in our organization as a leading technology partner.

Responsibilities
  • Technology Deployment: Support the implementation and ongoing management of new technology experiences and demos at the Burlingame, CA and London, UK Executive Briefing Centers.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day performance of demos and experiences, including testing, troubleshooting, software updates, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and translate demo requirements and technical specifications from internal partners to ensure seamless integration and showcase experiences effectively.
  • Content Optimization: Support the identification, evaluation, and refinement of demo content in the briefing library.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare scripts, key talking points, best practices, and training materials to enable and equip demo teams.
  • Technology Solutions: Assist in developing scalable solutions, such as content and device management systems.
  • Device Management: Partner with production and technology teams to manage device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing upkeep.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver in-person demos for customers at the Burlingame Executive Briefing Center as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on current experiences, identify opportunities for enhancement, and propose innovative ideas for integrating new experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver solution and product demos to customers and/or partners.
  • Experience crafting scripts, key talking points, and documentation to facilitate demo delivery.
  • Familiarity with the software development process.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on evaluating and improving program effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Comfortable working across geographically distributed teams, including Bay Area and London.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for collaborating across cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of XR (Extended Reality) technologies.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR products, including wearable technology.
  • Experience with the hardware development process.
