The Position:
NorthMark Strategies develop a range of software and services to help drive the growth of the business in our investment portfolio. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to extend our growing team and help drive the development of these cloud-based products.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Contribute to and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are incorporated into product development.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing the needs of different stakeholders and working as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of new features and updates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and shape product requirements, and work with the Engineering team to translate them into clear specifications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive common purpose across the NorthMark Strategies portfolio, bringing together diverse teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software-focused environment.
- Cloud Confident: Familiarity with cloud-based products and services that are designed for a technical audience.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to change.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is desirable but not required, if you can demonstrate relevant experience at the right level.
