We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to lead Trintech's external media and communication efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute external communication strategies, manage media relations, collaborate with our PR agency, and drive Trintech's organic social media strategy. Additionally, you will ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all Trintech platforms-including external peer review sites-to build brand awareness and enhance our reputation as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to elevate Trintech's brand and market presence.
Media Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison with Trintech's PR agency, providing strategic direction and maximizing ROI.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure targeted media coverage.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication initiatives to protect and enhance Trintech's reputation.
Content Creation and Management
- Craft, edit, and approve press releases, blog posts, and other external-facing content.
- Oversee updates to digital platforms, including Trintech's website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure consistent messaging across all external platforms, including peer review sites, while adhering to brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
- Lead Trintech's organic social media strategy, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
- Utilize Hootsuite for social media management, employee advocacy, and social listening.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, refining strategies to drive engagement and reach.
- Train and empower employees to serve as effective brand advocates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging for external stakeholders.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and measure the success of communication initiatives, including media coverage, social media engagement, and peer review site performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on communication metrics and PR agency performance for senior leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize communication strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in executing external communication strategies that elevate brand awareness and reputation.
- Strong experience in media relations, with a proven ability to secure high-value press coverage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for crafting compelling, audience-driven messaging.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics tools.
- Experience working with PR agencies and external vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of the financial software industry is a plus.
