Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with our clients to design, deliver, and scale loyalty solutions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel & Hospitality industries.
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers and senior management to define and build loyalty capabilities-such as rewards engines, personalization services, membership tiers, partner integrations, and omnichannel experiences-that
deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.

Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with our clients to design, deliver, and scale loyalty solutions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel & Hospitality industries.
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers and senior management to define and build loyalty capabilities-such as rewards engines, personalization services, membership tiers, partner integrations, and omnichannel experiences-that
deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loyalty solutions tailored to the needs of B2C brands across retail, consumer goods, and travel & hospitality industries.
- Design and launch features such as points programs, tiers/status levels, gamification, real-time offers, and partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing, CX, CRM, and data teams to identify new product ideas/concepts based on industry and market trend analysis and to deliver personalized loyalty experiences across digital and in-store/touchpoint channels
- Drive integration with commerce, POS, mobile apps, booking engines, and CDPs to enable seamless customer recognition and reward fulfillment
- Evaluate and integrate third-party platforms or build in-house solutions, based on scalability, cost, time-to-market, and brand control
- Define KPIs and monitor product performance against established KPIs/OKRs (e.g., enrollment rate, redemption rate, repeat purchase, NPS, CLTV uplift)
- Lead agile teams in planning, prioritization, and delivery of loyalty features; write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in loyalty-including GenAI-based personalization, digital wallets, Web3/token-based models, and ESG-based incentives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, rewards regulations, and cross-border loyalty program rules.
Qualifications
Qualifications (Expected):
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building or scaling loyalty solutions
- Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics, customer lifecycle engagement, and emotional loyalty levers across multiple verticals
- Experience with MarTech/CDP platforms, mobile apps, eCommerce or booking systems, and real-time personalization engines
- Proven ability to design customer-centric solutions while balancing business and technical constraints
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience using segmentation, behavior modeling, or predictive analytics to influence roadmap priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across marketing, engineering, and executive teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, UX, and Analytics
- Experience using data and analytics tools and well-developed intuitions for leveraging data and analytics in generating objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with partner-based or coalition loyalty models, and integration with travel loyalty platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, loyalty API, Talon One providers)
- Demonstrated experience shipping product to market
- Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools
- Business and digital strategy experience
- Identifying organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution
