About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, responsive, and high-performance UIs. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to implement modern web interfaces, ensuring excellent user experience (UX) and accessibility.

Responsibilities:
  • UI Development: Build and maintain high-quality front-end components using React, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN-UI.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth rendering and fast load times using Vite, Webpack, and best performance practices.
  • Component Library & Design System: Contribute to and maintain a scalable, reusable component system to maintain consistency across applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to translate Figma designs into fully functional components.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong TypeScript typing, unit testing, and linting rules.
  • Accessibility & UX: Ensure compliance with WCAG standards to provide a seamless experience for all users.
  • State Management: Utilize modern state management solutions (TanStack Query + React Context API, for example) where necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve UI performance and usability.

Our Tech Stack:
  • Node.js, Typescript, React, Redux + Saga, Jest.
  • PostgreSQL.
  • Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: : 3+ years of experience in front-end development
  • Proficiency in React Ecosystem: Strong understanding of React hooks, component lifecycles, and functional programming.
  • Styling & Theming: Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
  • Build Tools: Experience with Vite, Webpack, and bundler optimizations.
  • Component Libraries: Familiarity with ShadCN-UI, Radix UI, or similar headless UI component libraries.
  • Testing: Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwrite for front-end unit and integration testing.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team and clearly communicate technical concepts.

  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Monorepos.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR).
  • Experience with WebSockets.

The estimated total compensation range for this position located in Austin, TX is $80,000 - 145,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
