Job Description:

- Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel.
- Prepare the operating room and arrange necessary equipment.
- Ensure all surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies during surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Assist in the care, maintenance, and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Follow all operating room policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for the patient and staff.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure quality patient care.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
