Responsibilities : - Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Azure Synapse DataWarehouse and SQL. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives. - Oversee the implementation of data solutions and ensure they meet business needs and requirements. - Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions to ensure they are running efficiently. - Conduct regular reviews of data processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and solutions. - Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data solutions are aligned with overall business strategy. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence. - Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure data-related projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
