Responsibilities
Respond promptly to leads and inquiries
Ensure accurate pricing of property listings through thorough market analysis
Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities
Guide clients through the final stages of the home-buying process for a seamless closing experience
Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and effectively marketing their properties to attract potential buyers
Convert pre-qualified leads into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth

Actively seek clarity by asking relevant questions
Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently

Qualifications
