The Director of Slot Operations role requires 5-7 years of Slot operations experience with a strong leadership background. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career at our beautiful location. In this role you would be responsible for all Slot operations: both technical, administrative, and compliance.

Some of what you'll do in this role:

• Maintain responsibility for all operations, technical and administrative duties involving the Slot Department-including policies and ensuring compliance.
• Develop, implement and monitor the Slot Department budget. Understand and document reports monthly as to any variances.
• Develop and structure department operational goals and objectives, enforce organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain on-line records of all slot machines, determine slot machine mix, pays out percentage and locations to maximize slot revenues.
• Work closely with Marketing Department in the establishment of slot promotions programs which are unique, exciting and revenue, profit generating-including developing strategies to expand guest attendance.
• Identify training needs and contract with service providers and internal resources to provide staff development opportunities for current employees and Ocean Downs Casino.
• Establish internal operating procedures with Surveillance and Security departments and any additional safeguards as necessary to protect assets, guests, team members and Ocean Downs.
• Establish outstanding customer relations with guests.
• Adhere to Title 31 procedures.
• Establish and maintain an effective business relationship with vendors.
• Recommend slot format and prize payment adjust performance to competition.
• Supervise, evaluate and train staff; including standard operation procedures, team member documentation, coaching , mentorship, new technology development.

What you need for this role:

• Minimum five years of slot operations experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license
