Quality Engineer
Support Quality department activities including plastic molding and assembly lines
CAPA - Support on working through these investigations as they are coming up. Someone who can logically work through a failure investigation and clearly communicate outputs to the customer.
Test Method Development and Validation would be a plus - experience facilitating GR&R
IQ/OQ/PQ Validation and PPAP Experience - they will either be drafting or asked to review validation documents so having experience in the following areas would be helpful:
Sample size determination based on Risk
Statistical understanding of validation outputs (Cpk, Ppk, P-Value)
Risk Management - The Ocular PFMEA needs supported.
Complete documentation and release them for approval
5-8 years of experience in the relevant process environment
Medical device experience is desirable
Good communication skills
