Success Metrics:
In 3 months:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Enlace Health's platform, services, customer base, and market dynamics, including key trends and regulatory factors influencing value-based care.
- Assess and begin optimizing the product development lifecycle, identifying and implementing improvements in collaboration with Technology, Client Success, and other departments.
- Establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategy and immediate priorities.
In 6 months:
- Deliver a detailed 24-month product roadmap that clearly outlines strategic priorities, including milestones, expected ROI, and market penetration targets. Ensure the roadmap aligns with company goals and market needs.
- Become a recognized subject matter expert (SME) in risk-based value-based care (VBC) products, contributing thought leadership to internal teams and engaging with customers and industry leaders.
- Establish a proactive customer and market engagement program to capture insights, feedback, and pain points, helping to shape the product roadmap and refine offerings.
- Strengthen collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment around product priorities, features, and go-to-market strategies.
In 12 months:
- Deliver at least one major product release or significant feature update that addresses key market demands in value-based care, meeting projected ROI and performance metrics.
- Achieve measurable improvements in customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS) and product adoption, with evidence of customers realizing tangible value from the product, leading to renewals and growth in engagement.
- Demonstrate product-driven revenue growth through new product features, partnerships, or expansions into new market segments, contributing to overall company growth.
- Have a structured product team capable of executing on the product vision, with clear performance goals and an empowered team culture. Continuously improve team productivity and morale.
- Achieve sustained product excellence, including improved customer satisfaction, increased revenue growth, and hitting margin targets.
- Ensure consistent and repeatable prioritization processes are in place.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic product direction and execution of all product related activities, including establishing a product vision, driving product innovation, product development, customer-focused product design, and building a product organization.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Product team while collaborating closely with other departments, including Technology and Client Success, to drive product innovation.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Define product strategy and 1-3 year product roadmap, outlining specifically how concepts are turned into sustainable products at a sustainable ROI, determining product priorities and resource allocation to ensure efforts are focused on the most impactful work.
- Collaborate closely with Technology on the design of our data platform, and product design to transform customer and prospect needs into robust requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Success to help define our product voice, conducting market research to identify client needs, emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and deliver sales training, sales collateral, product collateral, and other product assets.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify strategic areas of new investment and generate budget models for product expansion.
Position Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a product leadership role in the healthcare technology industry.
- Experience in risk-based VBC and health plan contract management or analytics.
- Experience in advanced healthcare analytics including episodic grouping methodologies.
- Proven success designing and executing upon SaaS and/or PaaS product roadmaps.
- Extensive experience in product management, development and launch.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience hiring and managing product managers and directors.
- Ability to articulate a clear and reproducible prioritization process.
- Expertise with growth strategy and data strategy.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product execution.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience collaborating effectively with a hybrid and/or fully remote team.
