Job Description:
- Provide speech and language therapy services in an outpatient rehab setting.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and exercises.
- Shared housing is available; personal transportation is required.
- No roommates or pets permitted in housing accommodations.
