Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- PMP Certification is desirable.
- Must have Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM) or Certified/Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST).
- Must have a Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects across multiple departments.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget, schedule, and scope.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile Development frameworks) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Proficient in project planning and usage of scheduling software
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
