Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager with a passion for social media and influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for building and managing influencer marketing strategies, fostering relationships with social media influencers, and driving creative, authentic content that resonates with our clients and their audiences. This role will report to the Associate Strategy Director and requires a deep understanding of influencer trends, the social media landscape, and how to leverage both to maximize brand impact.
Location and Salary
This is a full-time, exempt contract-to-hire role with a salary range of $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience. The contract-to-hire period will be three months. This is a remote role and candidates should be comfortable working east coast hours, and preference will be given to candidates in New York or New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that are aligned with client goals, focusing on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms to match brand objectives, brand safety, campaign targets, and audience demographics.
- Manage all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, from concept development and contract negotiation to content creation, approval processes, and campaign performance tracking.
- Negotiate contracts with influencers and partners, managing all legal agreements, fee structures, and payment schedules.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources throughout the lifespan of projects.
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers, ensuring collaborative partnerships and repeat engagements.
- Establish influencer guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality content across influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure influencer content aligns with the brand's voice, aesthetics, and campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, changes, and innovations in social media and influencer marketing to keep Saylor's strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience managing budgets and contracts, with an emphasis on achieving measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret social metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving problems in real-time and managing multiple projects.
- Experience working with retail, travel and/or luxury brands.
- Passionate about digital trends, creativity, and staying ahead of industry developments.
