The Employee Engagement Associate Manager will provide leadership to key internal customers including PFUS Senior Leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERG's), Field Leadership and all Associates at PFUS.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, implement & evaluate employee engagement programming to support the overall strategy
- Manage the Employee Resource Group (ERG) agenda for PFUS including LT relationship, monthly meetings, cross-ERG project support, field activation, budget management
- Design, develop & execute Employee Engagement training, ERG conferences and cultural initiatives
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including PFUS Executives, HR, ERG membership and other internal / external Employee Engagement partners
- Provide support and consultation regarding inclusion strategies and cross-cultural communication for managers and supervisors
- Work collaboratively with key partners in Global Employee Engagement COE, corporate and across sectors to drive effective communication, efficiency and seamless activation
- Manage and report on Employee Engagement data / dashboard including HR support, data deep dives, analysis and action planning
- Identify external trends and recognizing best practice which will increase inclusion and engagement within the workforce
- Develop and maintain a climate of inclusion, equality, and respect in the organization
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or another related field preferred
- B.S. degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations; M.S. degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations preferred
- 4 plus years of Human Resource experience
- Field experience preferred
- Change management experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence decision making
- Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
- Strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel/Word
