Interventional Pain Physician - $500,000+ potential with incentives

We are looking for an IP Physician to join our fast-paced, multi-provider practice. As a key member of the team, the Physician will run the branch with 2 NPs and multiple other specialists. They are looking for a physician that is Board Certified or Eligible & Fellowship in Pain is a must. M-F schedule with No call

Benefits for the Interventional Pain Physician
Salary $350K(for Fellowship trained) plus bonus depending on experience.
Salary $400K(for Experienced Physicians) plus bonus depending on experience.
Physician that is leaving made over $550K last year
Relocation offered.
Benefits include Health, dental, vision.

M-F schedule with no call, nor weekends required.
Partnership after 1 year available

Requirements for Interventional Pain Physician
State of the art new facility located in a desirable area of Toledo OH.
Multidisciplinary approach
ASC on site
Model is now 1 MD and 2 NPs.
Board Certified or Eligible & Fellowship trained in Pain a must.
Prefer experienced candidates - due to being solo doc there.
