Construction Project Director

We're looking for a results-oriented Construction Project Director to estimate, sell, and manage restoration projects. This hybrid role, ideally based in Northwest or Central Arkansas but reporting to Little Rock, offers a competitive $70,000 - $100,000 base salary (DOE) with uncapped commission potential ($70,000 - $200,000 OTE) and a vehicle allowance. Minimal out-of-state travel.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales, manage project revenue and profit margins, oversee AR and collections, develop new business, excel in estimating, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams (Mitigation, Reconstruction, Business Development, Project Accountants).

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent restoration/construction sales and business development experience with proven sales growth
• Extensive estimating and/or large loss/catastrophe experience
• Ability to network (2-3 evenings/week)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Preferred OSHA/CPR/First Aid certifications
• A related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
