Job Description/ Requirement Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Functional Consultant who has a strong background in Sales & Distribution and expertise in Order to Cash process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions in a S4/HANA environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions in the areas of Sales & Distribution.
• Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation and enhancement projects, including project planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expertise in SAP OTC processes, including Orders, Contracts, Pricing, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and document business requirements, process flows, and solution design.
• Perform testing and support activities during the entire project lifecycle, including issue resolution and system documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are met, and technical solutions are aligned with business processes.
• Provide support to end-users and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools used by the team to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD functional areas, including Order to Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support projects, preferably in a S4/HANA environment.
• Strong understanding of OTC processes, including Orders, Contracts, Pricing, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects independently.
• SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is a plus.
