What You'll Do:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, equipment layout, and material handling.
- Recommend and implement smart solutions that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.
- Support quality control efforts by aligning manufacturing practices with customer and contract requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of production systems and process optimization.
- An analytical thinker with solid communication and leadership skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Kaizen andValue Stream Mapping
- Hands-on leadership of 5S or continuous improvement projects
