Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SharePoint to join our team. This role involves collaborating on high-profile IT projects, managing system analysis deliverables, and supporting SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will have strong computing fundamentals, interpersonal skills, and analytical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams on the full project lifecycle for multiple high-profile initiatives.
• Estimate and manage Business Systems Analyst deliverables, providing progress updates.
• Document technical use cases, system specifications, data models, and system interfaces.
• Install and administer server-based applications.
• Investigate and resolve system defects.
• Analyze and compare alternative solutions, making data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with business customers, IT teams, and software vendors.
• Conduct system test planning and execution for new solutions.
• Develop scripts and processes to support automation and data management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must-Have Skills:

• SharePoint expertise (data tables, site management).
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Power Apps for workflow automation and business solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Scripting (SQL, PowerShell, Bash).
• Documentation and requirements gathering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business-related fields (preferred).

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Candidates with IT experience in the electric utility industry are highly preferred.
