Corporate Beverage Innovation Manager
We invite you to apply for the Corporate Beverage Innovation Manager role at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
This is a newly imagined leadership position, created to shape the future of Kalahari's beverage experiences. From signature cocktail programs to non-alcoholic innovation, your role will bring creative vision to life across four resort destinations. We're looking for someone who can think big, move fast, and drive memorable, brand-aligned experiences that guests love-and operators can execute.
You'll collaborate closely with our Corporate Food & Beverage team, working hand-in-hand with chefs, marketing, food and beverage directors, outlet managers, and property bar leads. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on mixology expertise.
Salary: $130,000-$150,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of seasonal, specialty, and property-specific cocktail and beverage menus
- Guide beverage visioning for new outlets, activations, and resort concepts
- Conduct on-site tastings, bar training sessions, and product rollouts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Purchasing on beverage promotions and vendor partnerships
- Stay ahead of trends in the cocktail, non-alcoholic, and experiential beverage space
- Work with operations to evaluate bar performance and guest satisfaction through data
Requirements:
- 7+ years of high-volume multi-unit beverage leadership experience across markets in hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or experiential dining groups
- Proven creative success in mixology or beverage programming
- Strong presence in front of both hourly and executive-level stakeholders
- Travel required to all Kalahari properties
