Responsibilities : - Manage and oversee financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives. - Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters. - Implement and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks. - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability. - Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency. - Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. - Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors and financial institutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications -
- Must have strong experience in FICO, with a deep understanding of financial operations and compliance. - Should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. - Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Should be proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools. - Must have experience in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Should be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Should be proactive in identifying and addressing financial issues. - Must have strong problem-solving skills to develop and implement financial strategies. - Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model. - Must have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. - Should have experience in managing relationships with external partners. - Must be able to provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters.
