About the Role:

As Tubi's Internal Tools Product Manager, you will spearhead the evolution of a dynamic suite of platforms critical to our operational excellence. You will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key internal tools-including our experimentation and launch management platforms, data catalog ERP system, and other mission-critical systems. Additionally, you will champion AI integrations and developer efficiency tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Your leadership will empower internal teams to rapidly deliver high-quality products, ensuring our workflows remain innovative, scalable, and agile.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking roadmap for a comprehensive suite of internal tools, including platforms for experimentation, launch management, data catalog ERP, content management, and content merchandizing
• Champion the integration of advanced AI solutions to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency across our systems
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of developer efficiency tools, fostering a dynamic, agile engineering environment
• Collaborate closely with a host of cross-functional partners-including engineering, design, data science, legal, content acquisition, and operations teams-to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable product strategies
• Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and track success
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that align with Tubi's strategic vision, proactively managing risks and ensuring cohesive outcomes
• Communicate progress and insights effectively to stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts where needed

Your Background:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on internal tools or platforms within fast-paced tech or digital media environments
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products quickly while balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
• Deep expertise in building and optimizing platforms for experimentation, launch management, ERP data catalogs, content management, and developer tooling
• Strong technical acumen and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication and conflict resolution
• Excellent strategic thinking and product sense, with the ability to translate complex user problems into clear product requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

Base ($132,000 to $188,000 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
