Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Client Partner for its Application Development and Maintenance practice. The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Senior Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Engagement Manager) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Practice Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.

We cut across industry verticals with a strong focus on Cloud and Open-Source Modernization. We help clients to transform their legacy application landscape to a future-ready ecosystem on the cloud. Our core solution themes are 1) Cloud Migration and Native Development 2) Open-Source Migration and Modernization 3) Legacy/Mainframe migration and modernization 4) Consulting/implementation of DevOps and 5) Software Asset Optimization & low-code, no code.

Role Description:
- Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Proactively create opportunities through various demand generation techniques in the application modernization area
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
- Participate in client workshops, pre-sales activities, assist in defining scope and size of work
- Leverage and work with partners with the objective of best fit and high-quality technical solutions
- Continuously learn and evolve and improve the pursuit and the sales closure process
- Participate in RFP process & involve offshore practice teams/solution leaders to build the overall customized solution and the estimates
- Create and implement go-to-market plans with identified partner companies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Experience of selling Cloud/ open-source solutions. Cloud certifications will be preferred
- Experience in being part of large modernization pursuits
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
- Strong experience in developing a GTM plan for selling solutions
- Understanding of the public cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Strong leadership, communication skills and presentation skills
