Corporate Beverage Operations & Training Manager

We invite you to apply for the Corporate Beverage Operations & Training Manager role at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

This position focuses on the execution side of beverage excellence-helping to standardize recipes, roll out new menus, and drive consistency across every bar in the portfolio. You'll be the operational backbone behind every pour, partnering with culinary systems, training, and finance to ensure our beverage strategy is profitable, scalable, and clearly communicated.

This is a hands-on administrative and systems-oriented role, perfect for someone who thrives in a training setting, behind the scenes and takes pride in getting the details right.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage recipe databases, including standard yields, cost cards, and prep sheets
  • Oversee the menu rollout process across all resorts (print, POS, inventory)
  • Maintain bar-specific SOPs for service, portion control, and presentation
  • Support training program development and LMS content for bar staff
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Culinary to ensure accurate cost and vendor alignment

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hospitality experience in multi-unit F&B operations, with a focus on systems and documentation
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Adaco, BirchStreet, Aloha, and recipe management software
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Ability to travel to all Kalahari properties as needed
