Description:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the success of data conversion projects within the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, while also contributing to the establishment of an SAP SuccessFactors Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central processes. This position will involve close collaboration with HR, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central solutions.
Responsibilities:-
1. Engage stakeholders to understand their specific needs and objectives for the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
2. Document functional and technical requirements, including system integration needs, data migration requirements, and customization needs.
3. Define the overall architecture of the solution, incorporating the configuration of SuccessFactors modules, integration points, and data flows.
4. Design the data model for the Employee Central module, outlining the structure of employee records, organizational units, and other relevant entities.
5. Provide guidance to configure the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central modules to align with defined requirements, and customize the system as necessary to meet specific business needs (e.g., creating custom fields, workflows, and business rules).
6. Design the system to be scalable, accommodating future growth in terms of user base and data volume, and optimize it for performance to ensure a responsive user experience.
7. Design integrations between SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Onboarding and Employee Central) and other systems (e.g., Sailpoint, Okta, Ceridian, Greenhouse, Workforce, and third-party systems) to ensure seamless data exchange, selecting an integration approach (e.g., batch, real-time) based on data volume and latency requirements.
8. Define security roles and permissions within the SuccessFactors system to ensure data security and regulatory compliance, implementing data encryption and other security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) regarding data protection and privacy, and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity within the system.
10. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are familiar with the new system, and implement change management strategies to facilitate system adoption and minimize resistance to change.
11. Plan and coordinate the deployment of the solution, including data migration and system configuration, and monitor the system during the go-live period to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that arise.
