looking for a CRM Architect to define, implement, and deploy innovative customer support systems aligned with a customer 360 Vision strategy.
This role focuses on Dynamics 365 and CRM Online solutions to enhance customer support and deliver unified, intuitive information to transform business processes and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy CRM solutions, including Dynamics 365 and CRM Online.
Create system design specifications, including architecture and entity relationship diagrams.
Collaborate with customers to implement solutions that meet goals and deliver projects on time and on budget.
Develop custom workflows, actions, and integrations within Dynamics CRM.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM (365, CRM Online).
Expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying CRM solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Dynamics CRM SDK, customizations, and integrations.
Relevant certifications (Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015, 2016, CRM Online, Dynamics 365).
Skills:
Ability to articulate CRM solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
