Provides financial support to the Corporate Direct Procurement teams' efforts to identify and achieve annual cost reductions. Key business partner in the development of quarterly forecasts and annual plans that correctly depict the organizations activities. Develops strong business cases that ensures knowledgeable decision making. Provides leadership and analytics on a variety of ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of operational results against plan/forecast/outlook, including investigating variances, timely reporting, accurate communication of findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Supports the monthly close cadence, loading reporting adjustments, and prepares the required Procurement Finance reports to functional leaders.
  • Key Finance user who supports the Direct Procurement Spend Analytics tool from maintaining the system to troubleshooting issues and answering questions surrounding the tool or processes
  • Supports and works cross functionally on the Direct Procurement Spend Analytics tool on design enhancements and system upgrades by analyzing results from development, test, and production environments.
  • Ability to mine large volumes of data into highly accurate and actionable reports.
  • Supports data mining and analysis for ad hoc projects by leveraging existing dashboards and basic data visualization concepts.
  • Makes value-added contributions toward the improvement of data visualization methodologies, processes, and analytics.
  • Prepares and reviews analyses for functional leaders based on the analytical trends and results.
  • Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts and information for financial planning.
  • Manages technical cost analysis to resolve present and future financial performance.
  • Interprets data with an ability to see the big picture cross-departmentally and provides insight and input from a financial perspective.
  • Exhibits commercial curiosity and business acumen to support different business functions within the company as required.
  • Incorporates ongoing feedback from stakeholders into existing dashboards and analyses.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Appropriate professional qualification / certification to practice finance in country / region preferred

Minimum Work Experience (years):
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Equivalency: Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered with 3 years of relevant Zebra experience, inclusive of participation in the FDP program

Key Skills and Competencies:
Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Advanced Excel and database skills
Advanced experience with ERP systems: Oracle, OBI, SAP
High degree of accuracy
Confident at working to deadlines
Prior experience of working within a Finance department is essential

Salary: USD 84400.00 - USD 126600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
