The Senior Financial Analyst for Primo Brands' Corporate Finance team plays a crucial role in analyzing financial data, creating, preparing and maintaining various financial reports and comprehensive financial models to provide actionable.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain recurring reporting packages to support financial review for month-end management reporting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Analyze financial statements, reports, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Compile and prepare detailed financial reporting for forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to finance leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and other job-related duties as assigned.

- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods industry.
- Technical expertise leveraging Microsoft Office (advanced Excel / Power Query / Power Pivots / PowerPoint ), familiarity with Essbase, and working knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI.
- Prior experience working across multiple ERPs, ideally with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Oracle BI, preferred but not required.
- Independent and self-motivated with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve with a high level of intellectual curiosity that leverages a strong statistical background.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
