Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative commerce activation strategies that drive revenue growth, increase product conversion, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the category, brand, and retailer, and be able to work closely with cross functional teams and supervise junior staff members. The candidate will assist the leadership of a team of Strategists and Coordinators to achieve broad business goals and drive business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commerce activation strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to improve processes and client deliverables
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate media buys to maximize ROI
  • Supervise, train, and develop commerce activation strategists and coordinators
  • Work on process development/improvements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 7-9 years of experience in commerce activation strategy, including expertise in paid search, social media, display advertising, and e-commerce
  • Strong background in RMNs
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative media strategies
  • Ability to improve or develop process and protocols to improve client deliverables and capacity management for the team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation Range: $105,165 - 136,705 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
