Qualifications
- 3 years minimum relevant managerial experience in the grocery industry with a focus on natural foods/products.
- Ability to coach and develop a team in a retail setting.
- Bachelors degree is REQUIRED
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Develop and execute sound merchandising plans that respond to changing customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure proper assortment, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
