About The Position

Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and FinTech innovation, is seeking a Director of Fintech Product to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our FinTech domain. Our solutions revolutionize how businesses manage financial operations and ERP connectivity, prioritizing seamless user experiences, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.


In this role, you will define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs while delivering cutting-edge solutions. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Bay Area and Israel and report directly to the VP of Product.

What You Will Do
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead and manage FinTech partnerships, from compatibility validation and legal agreements to integration and ongoing operations, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution.
  • Drive Product Lead Growth to increase customer adoption and ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Leverage AI-driven technologies and customer insights to enhance user experience, eliminate frictions, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure end-to-end product development, collaborating with engineering, design, data, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure timely execution, delivery, and adoption.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering growth, innovation, and AI-powered efficiency.
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure impact, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS in Fintech domain, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Hands on experience in financial operations, payment workflows, and AI-driven automation.
  • Proven success in driving Product lead growth in B2B Saas companies.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, balancing vision with hands-on execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, including experience with AI-powered analytics.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience managing and mentoring product managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $200,000-$220,000 + Bonus and equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
