Senior SIGINT Analyst

Position Overview: The Senior SIGINT Analyst will provide expert analysis and reporting on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) to support military and intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, with a strong background in military operations and intelligence fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of SIGINT methodologies, tools, and national security priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced SIGINT analysis to identify, assess, and report on foreign threats.
• Support military operations by providing real-time and strategic SIGINT assessments.
• Develop and refine collection strategies to optimize intelligence gathering.
• Utilize SIGINT tools, databases, and methodologies to extract actionable intelligence.
• Produce detailed intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments for leadership and operational units.
• Collaborate with interagency and military partners to enhance intelligence-sharing efforts.
• Apply operational experience to assess and refine SIGINT targeting and exploitation techniques.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing training on SIGINT tradecraft and analytical best practices.
• Maintain strict adherence to classification and dissemination guidelines, ensuring compliance with CAPCO policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SIGINT analysis, including military or government intelligence roles.
• Knowledge of special access programs (SAP), sensitive compartmented information (SCI), and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong background in military operations and intelligence integration.
• Proficiency in SIGINT collection platforms, processing techniques, and data analysis.
• Experience working in classified environments such as SCIFs and handling sensitive intelligence.
• Expertise in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and signals analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with national and tactical SIGINT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior officials.
• Active TS//SCI required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting military combatant commands or operational units.
• Proficiency in cyber SIGINT operations and emerging technology threats.
• Certification in SIGINT analysis, geolocation, or related intelligence disciplines.
• Knowledge of foreign adversary communication methods and encryption technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SIGINT exploitation tools and software.
