In this role, the Territory Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Achieve sales and business objectives for assigned brands/indications through customer interactions (gastroenterologists and associated health care providers) via 1:1, group selling activity and support execution of Medical Education within the designated territory
  • Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking to deliver customer value.
  • Become an expert in identifying key growth opportunities for the specified region/customer group, and how to effectively plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan.
  • Become an acknowledged expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory)
  • Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position the assigned products, the technical and educational support as well as the resources of our patient support program, based on the customer needs, and in alignment with our compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Medical science to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME & congress related activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the sales team, integrating the territory business plans with the purpose to address customer needs as well as the goals defined by the business unit and optimize the customers and patient's experience.


Qualifications: English
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years consistent track record of sales success in the healthcare industry
  • Experience calling on gastroenterologists and/or other immunology specialists is an asset
  • Results driven and strong sense of demonstrated strategic thinking and prudent risk taking
  • Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including: customer engagement, critical thinking, innovative, analytical and ambitious mindset
  • Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative.
  • Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brands strategies
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and comfort level for learning new technological platforms
  • Demonstrates a strong learning agility
  • High level of business integrity and ethics, including understanding and interpreting the IMC code.
  • Some Travel Required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Dans ce rle, les responsabilits du gestionnaire de territoire comprennent, sans s'y limiter : Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'affaires pour les marques/indications attribues grce aux interactions avec les clients (gastroentrologues et prestataires de soins de sant associs) via des activits de vente de groupe individuelles et soutenir l'excution de la formation mdicale sur le territoire dsign Dmontrer une solide perspicacit analytique, une pense innovante et stratgique pour offrir de la valeur au client. Devenir un expert dans l'identification des opportunits de croissance cls pour la rgion/le groupe de clients spcifi, et savoir planifier et investir efficacement en fonction de ces facteurs identifis, comme indiqu dans un plan d'affaires formalis prpar pour le territoire. Devenir un expert reconnu dans le domaine d'activit sur son territoire attribu en comprenant parfaitement l'environnement des soins de sant (y compris les clients, les produits, l'ensemble concurrentiel et la rglementation) Dvelopper une comprhension complte de la prestation de soins de sant dans la rgion attribue et comment positionner les produits attribus, le soutien technique et pdagogique ainsi que les ressources de notre programme de soutien aux patients, en fonction des besoins des clients et en alignement avec nos directives de conformit. Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux des ventes, du marketing, de l'enseignement mdical et des sciences mdicales pour planifier et coordonner les runions, les colloques et autres activits lies la formation mdicale continue et aux congrs. Collaborer avec les collgues de l'quipe de vente, en intgrant les plans d'affaires du territoire dans le but de rpondre aux besoins des clients ainsi qu'aux objectifs dfinis par l'unit commerciale et d'optimiser l'exprience des clients et des patients.

Qualifications:

-Un minimum d'un baccalaurat est requis. -Au moins 3 ans d'exprience cohrente en ventes russies dans le secteur de la sant -L'exprience de faire appel des gastroentrologues et/ou d'autres spcialistes en immunologie est un atout -Ax sur les rsultats et sens aigu de la rflexion stratgique dmontre et de la prise de risques prudente -Forte orientation client et comptences en collaboration -Capacit dmontre (avec des exemples l'appui) en matire de comptences en planification d'entreprise, notamment : engagement client, pense critique, tat d'esprit innovant, analytique et ambitieux -Autodidacte motiv - initiative dmontre. -Forte comprhension et excution des modles de segmentation de la clientle et ciblage prioritaire en ligne avec les stratgies de marque -Excellentes comptences en communication verbale et crite en anglais et en franais -Matrise des applications Microsoft et niveau d'aisance pour l'apprentissage de nouvelles plateformes technologiques -Dmontre une forte agilit d'apprentissage -Haut niveau d'intgrit et d'thique commerciale, y compris la comprhension et l'interprtation du code IMC. -Certains dplacements requis -Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite vierge requis -Bilingue en anglais et en franais.
