Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a compassionate and empathetic intake experience, ensuring potential clients feel valued and understood.
- Evaluate claims based on provided facts and evidence to determine case viability.
- Clearly explain legal processes, fees, and next steps, addressing all client concerns.
- Secure high-value, winnable cases, especially those involving catastrophic injuries or significant financial impact.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in client management software.
- Proactively contribute to firm goals by managing auxiliary tasks that enhance client outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership (required).
- Experience: 20+ years as a practicing attorney with trial experience.
Skills:
- Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Patience and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Work Environment:
