We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Learning & Development professional to join our team. The Senior Innovation & Experiential Learning Lead will design, develop, and support learning activities for technical and shopfloor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) personnel involved in manufacturing, testing, and product release. This individual is responsible for influencing the site's learning strategy to achieve desired business results, ensure training compliance, and continuously improve processes. Additionally, the Senior Innovation & Experiential Learning Lead will lead and manage training compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to a site Learning Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the development and execution of learning programs that align with organizational goals and objectives from inception to completion, utilizing project management techniques and software applications (e.g. Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) to track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion. Maintain a well-organized project portfolio, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of progress.
  • Design and implement innovative training solutions using modern adult learning modalities, including Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and interactive learning technologies such as TULIP and LightGuide, e.g.
  • Develop and enhance curricula to support ongoing staff education and development within a GMP manufacturing and testing environment.
  • Exhibit self-starter capabilities by effectively installing learning solutions in a dynamic business environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional Global teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating learning solutions and securing necessary sponsorship for initiatives.
  • Achieve operational excellence by continuously assessing training program effectiveness and to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of divisional strategic priorities and vaccine operations.
  • May manage and mentor team members to foster their professional development.


Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 4 year BA, BS degree or country equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience in any relevant industry (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience).

  • Proven ability to foster a safety-conscious and compliant environment.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and/or lead multiple projects, priorities and deadlines as a subject-matter-expert (SME).
  • Proven ability to convey information (verbal & written) clearly and effectively to various individuals and groups.
  • Proven ability and experience working collaboratively in a team setting to drive and influence results.
  • Proven ability for practical problem-solving root cause and data analysis using digital and change management tools.
  • Seasoned performance consultant; understanding of adult learning theory and learner-centric design.
  • Proven ability to facilitate learning content in group settings.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others to deliver business results.
