This project is the culmination of everything we've learned, combining established communities, proven growth playbooks, and a focused team ready to bring it all to life.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a Growth Manager to lead user growth, engagement, and retention for one of the most exciting next-gen gaming casinos in the world. You'll be at the forefront of marketing experimentation, lifecycle automation, and community-driven growth, working directly with the CEO and alongside an agile content and community team.

This role is perfect for a builder - someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and creative problem-solving. You're obsessed with lifecycle messaging, referrals, data-informed experiments, and creative/unconventional ways to drive growth. Whether it's a segmented email flow, a viral campaign, or a retention system disguised as a game feature, you're ready to own it end-to-end.

You'll collaborate across marketing, product, and support to drive growth on a daily basis - and eventually help scale marketing operations across multiple products and teams.

On your day-to-day, you will...

* Own and optimize our entire growth funnel - from activation to retention.

* Build and manage lifecycle flows (email, SMS, push) to drive engagement and revenue.

* Develop and execute high-impact growth campaigns: promos, feature drops, bonus programs, and more.

* Set up A/B tests across referral flows, site copy, landing pages, and campaigns.

* Track and analyze performance data to continuously improve growth loops.

* Build dashboards and automate reporting around user behavior, churn, and conversion.

* Own and manage growth tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and Brevo (or similar platforms).

* Partner with Influencer/UGC Manager to amplify efforts across all channels.

* Own the strategy and implementation of our referral and affiliate systems - including rewards, tracking, and optimization.

* Continuously explore new channels, tactics, and opportunities to grow our product and player base.

What you'll need

* Deep understanding of gaming and/or gambling communities, trends, and culture.

* 3+ years of experience in growth roles - ideally in B2C or gaming companies.

* Proven track record of running data-informed campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.

* Strong grasp of referral mechanics, affiliate systems, and viral growth loops.

* Experience with tools like MixPanel and GA4

* Excellent written communication and project prioritization skills.

* Analytical, test-driven mindset with comfort digging into metrics and iterating fast.

* A startup mentality: bias toward action, self-sufficiency, and outcome ownership.
